This video footage was captured at a private residence in August, 2016. Using an IR trail camera, we were able to capture the door opening on it's own, but due to the delay between being triggered and actually recording, we didn't capture what opened the door. The house was unoccupied at the time - eliminating the possibility of human interference. All efforts were exhausted in making sure there wasn't a faulty latch or other factors that could have caused it to open naturally. Unfortunately, the camera doesn't record audio.
During a 2017 residential investigation in Parachute, CO, you can see Clarissa backing out of the closet area. As she does, the closet door starts to close on her. Un-phased, she takes hold of the doorknob and finished closing it.
During a 2023 residential investigation in Aspen, CO we conducted a flashlight experiment to see if what contractors were experiencing during a home renovation were paranormal or naturally-occurring in nature. You can see the flashlight responding to questions.
